How to: Delete a form.
Solution:
In the Database window, select the desired form to delete. Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete' to delete a form.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete'. (A message appears.)
5) Click 'Yes' to permanently delete the form.
